As our portfolio grows, we are looking for an Interior Design Project Assistant to join our Home Management team.

This role is idóneo for someone with 1–2 years of experience who wants to gain hands-on exposure to real interior design projects and take on more responsibility as they grow.

You will help bring each project to life, supporting everything from design development and sourcing to supplier coordination, installations and final quality checks.

You will not spend your days only creating mood boards. You will be visiting properties, speaking with suppliers, updating budgets and making sure the details are right.

THE MISSION

Design & Sourcing

- Support the development of interior design concepts
- Prepare layouts, mood boards and product selections
- Source furniture, lighting, textiles and decorative items
- Prepare basic floor plans and technical drawings

Coordination Assistance

- Request and compare supplier quotations
- Update project budgets and purchasing trackers
- Follow up on orders, deliveries and outstanding items
- Coordinate suppliers, technicians and property access
- Keep project timelines and documentation organised

Installation & Quality Control

- Be present during installations and property set-ups
- Check deliveries and identify missing or damaged items
- Prepare snagging lists and follow up on corrections
- Carry out property inspections and inventory reviews
- Coordinate replacements, repairs and small improvements
- Help ensure every property is ready for owners and guests

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You may be a strong fit if you:

- Have been exposed to real interior design or installation projects
- Are organised, practical and detail-oriented




- Enjoy both the creative and operational side of interior design
- Are confident dealing with suppliers and following up on actions
- Are proactive, curious and willing to learn
- Are based on the Costa del Sol and able to travel between properties
- Speak professional English; Spanish or Danish is a plus

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Working knowledge of:

- AutoCAD or equivalent
- SketchUp or similar 3D software
- Excel or Google Sheets
- Photoshop, InDesign, Canva or similar

Experience with project management tools like Trello is a plus.

You do not need to be an expert in everything from day one. What matters is that you have strong foundations, learn quickly and are ready to take on the challenge.
