Experience with IT service management, experience and certification in ITIL4 is preferred ;
Experience with Agile ;
Experience working with international organization or public sector ;
Experience with IT architecture, network and security ;
Administrative IT experience, e.g. related to budget and procurement support functions ;
Very good level of spoken and written English (SLP 3333) ;
A minimum of five years of experience .
