Key Responsibilities
As a key member of a lean, high-impact legal team of two (supported by a Paralegal), the selected candidate will handle a wide range of complex intellectual property matters on a global scale. Primary responsibilities include:

Portfolio Management:

Growing and managing Revolut's global intellectual property portfolio through proactive registration and strategic management.

Risk Mitigation:





Limiting losses and managing risks associated with IP infringement claims and defensive IP processes.

Product Clearance:

Providing legal guidance across various global business units to ensure products are cleared for launch through rigorous approval processes.

Litigation & Disputes:

Handling pre-dispute matters and active litigation regarding IP infringement in the UK and international markets.

Patent Prosecution:
