We are looking for a polished and commercially minded operator with strong experience managing high-end, high-volume restaurants. Senior operational experience within luxury restaurants, hotels or resorts
Strong commercial awareness and control of budgets, labour and profitability
A genuine understanding of luxury service and the Spanish or Mediterrean market
Fluent English, with Spanish highly advantageous
This is a rare opportunity to join an ambitious luxury project from the beginning and grow with the operation as further concepts open.
