MG Motor is seeking the Digital Business Partner acts as the bridge between regional business teams andglobal digital/product organizations, supporting the digital enablement of marketing, sales and after-salesoperations across Europe.
This role partners with business stakeholders to drive process improvement, system adoption, localizationinitiatives and continuous optimization of commercial platforms and digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with regional marketing, sales and after-sales teams to understand business priorities,operational challenges and digitalization opportunities.
Collaborate with global product and IT teams to support the rollout, enhancement and adoption ofsystems and digital solutions across the European region.
Act as a trusted business partner for local stakeholders, ensuring general platforms and processes areeffectively adapted to regional business needs and regulatory requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps,



improving user experience andpromoting operational efficiency through digital tools and automation.
Coordinate user enablement activities including training, onboarding and change management toimprove system adoption and business engagement.
Provide functional support and stakeholder coordination for commercial applications, ensuring issuesand enhancement requests are managed effectively.
Work cross-functionally with IT, customer service, finance and other business teams to improve dataconsistency, system integration and end-to-end collaboration.
Ensure digital solutions and data handling practices comply with GDPR and relevant European regulations.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Systems, Business Administration, Marketing, ComputerScience or a related field.
Experience in IT business partnering, digital transformation, business applications or product operationswithin an international environment.
