As Senior AFC u0026amp; Compliance Officer, you will lead local anti-financial crime and regulatory oversight for DWS Spain, aligning with the global AFC u0026amp; Compliance framework. You will provide advisory support to senior management and governance bodies, monitor regulatory developments, and drive a strong culture of integrity and risk awareness. Your work helps ensure compliant cross-border activities and effective controls across our Spain operations. This role offers the chance to influence regulatory dialogue and contribute to a responsible, sustainable investment platform.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Act as designated local AFC u0026 Compliance Officer for DWS branches in Spain and implement the AFC u0026 Compliance Framework
• Provide independent oversight of adherence to Spanish, European and internal regulatory requirements
• Monitor regulatory developments and coordinate implementation with stakeholders
• Advise senior management and business units on regulatory and compliance matters
• Assess conflicts of interest, market conduct,



cross-border activities; lead risk assessments within the Compliance Risk Assessment framework
• Represent AFC u0026 Compliance in governance forums and project steering groups
• Lead second-line monitoring and testing across AFC risk areas
• Document risk assessments, monitoring findings, and governance decisions
• Coordinate regulator interactions and support inspections and requests
• Prepare board and committee reporting for local governance
• Escalate material AFC u0026 Compliance risks within the governance framework
• Support development and maintenance of local policies and governance documentation
• Deliver AFC u0026 Compliance training and awareness initiatives
• Foster a strong compliance culture through communication and guidance
• Provide subject-matter expertise and coaching to stakeholders
