Job Description

El Key Lead es responsable de asegurar que todos los clientes reciban una experiencia de calidad en la tienda. Actúa como supervisor de piso, brinda orientación y formación a los asociados de la marca y asegura que las operaciones de la tienda se desarrollen de manera efectiva. Es parte del equipo de liderazgo de la tienda y está encargado de impulsar el rendimiento a través de la mejor experiencia al cliente y la consecución de objetivos diarios.

Responsibilities

- Product knowledge and brand awareness
- Business understanding and proactive thinking
- Attention to detail in visual displays and asset protection
- Use of register and point‑of‑sale systems
- Application of digital system skills




- Coaching and guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates
- Maintaining effective store operations
- Availability at least 20–25 hours per week, including Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays; hours may increase during peak periods

Qualifications

- Minimum high school education (E.S.O. or equivalent)
- At least 1 year of retail experience (preferred)
- CEFR B2 fluency in English and Spanish (required)
- Customer‑focus mindset and strong communication skills
- Proficiency in fashion trend knowledge and trend awareness
- Assertiveness, flexibility, adaptability, and multitasking abilities
- Ethical professional conduct and strong work ethic
