The Ritz-Carlton Abama Resort, Tenerife, is looking for a Reservations Trainee to join our team for a period of 6 months, with an idóneo start date of October 1st.

Your Role

As a Reservations Trainee, you will support the department in the daily management of reservations and in providing personalized service to our guests, learning from experienced professionals and gaining a comprehensive understanding of how a Reservations department operates within a luxury resort.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
- Supporting the management and follow-up of individual and group reservations.
- Handling information and reservation requests by phone and email.
- Providing accurate information about rooms, rates, availability, resort services, and experiences.
- Keeping reservation-related information and documentation up to date.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Following up on special requests and guest needs.
- Applying The Ritz-Carlton service and communication standards in every interaction.




- Learning and using the systems and procedures specific to the Reservations department.

Under the supervision of the team, you will have the opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a real professional environment and develop essential skills in customer service, communication, organization, reservations management, and luxury hospitality.
