About the role:
The Integral Head of Network (Chief Network Officer) leads the end-to-end provider network strategy, contracting, and performance management across the Health segment within IHDS. The role establishes a single, enterprise-led network model, ensuring alignment with IH and IHDS strategic priorities while optimizing cost, access, quality, and provider performance. It drives global consistency in contracting, strengthens strategic provider partnerships, and enables differentiated customer and provider value. This position reports directly to the Chief Health Officer and is a key member of the Health Organization Leadership Team.
