We are looking for a Service Engineer (Industrial Engineering focus) to join our team in Almazora (Spain).This position is responsible for preparing documentation, giving support and service for EFI industrial inkjet printers, ensuring proper installation, maintenance, and performance of our equipment. The role combines mechanical and electrical troubleshooting in a highly dynamic industrial environment, working closely with Field Service Engineer, Quality and assurance & R&D; teams.What you will doCreate new documentation, manuals, procedures of EFI industrial printersProvide assistance for new products or existing onesCreate preventive maintenance and corrective repairs documentation on complex electro-mechanical systemsTroubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and basic control-related issuesProvide technical support and assistance to Field Service and Customer Support teamsDeliver operator training and maintenance guidance to FSEsDocument all activities and findings through EFI service systems, ensuring accurate technical reportingCollaborate with Engineering teams to identify product improvements and implement corrective actionsSupport continuous improvement of service processes and documentationBuild strong relationships between departments,
