Experteer Overview In this Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer role, you translate customer objectives into technically sound processing solutions for TOMRA's food-processing offerings. You work across Sales, Service, Product, and Engineering to shape concepts from discovery to handover, aligning customer needs with scalable, reliable, and cost-effective technology. You’ll assess operations, evaluate data, and guide proof-of-concept activities to demonstrate value. This role offers impact across a global team, shaping future solution development within a safety- and customer-focused culture. Compensaciones / Incentivos • Lead technical discovery to understand processes, constraints, and capacity needs • Map current-state processes and identify throughput, quality, yield, and efficiency gains • Develop solution concepts, layouts, specifications, and performance assumptions • Design and evaluate integrated systems with third-party interfaces • Analyze data to compare options and balance performance, reliability, scalability, and total cost • Plan demonstrations, field tests,
