What You Will Be Responsible For

- Creative Direction: Define and drive the creative vision for the Heavy Wovens category across Men’s, shaping a clear design direction that balances brand identity, trend relevance, and commercial success.
- Trend Research: Research market trends,



consumer insights, and competitive landscapes for both segments and translate them into innovative, relevant designs for our target customers.
- Collection Development: Develop seasonal Men’s collections from first concept to final product, including sketches, fabric and trim selection, color palettes, and technical packages.
- Fit & Quality: Ensure optimal fit, silhouette, and garment construction for both target groups, review prototypes and samples, and provide precise feedback to technical teams and suppliers.
- Cross-Functional Work: Work closely with Buying, Product Development and Merchandising to align assortment strategy, pricing, and production feasibility across Men’s.
- Performance Focus: Track category performance across both segments, gather consumer feedback, and adjust design strategies to continuously strengthen results and relevance.

What We Are Looking For

- Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field and have a strong foundation in woven garment development.
- Strengths: Combine creative vision with analytical thinking and have deep expertise in Heavy Wovens, fabric properties, and garment construction.




- Trend & Performance Balance: Balance trend forecasting with performance data, stay responsive across the value chain, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Profile: At least 7 years of experience in fashion design, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing woven product expertise across Men’s.
- Collaboration: Collaborate confidently across functions, communicate design intent clearly to internal and external partners, and maintain strong vendor relationships to drive innovation, quality, and efficiency.
- Technical Skills: Work confidently with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office (especially PowerPoint).
- Language: Communicate fluently in English; Spanish and/or German is a plus.
