We are currently looking for Sales Programs Associate Director to join our Corporate Performance & ESG Business Unit. CP & ESG delivers software solutions and services that help organizations manage financial, sustainability, operational, and regulatory reporting requirements, enabling better business performance, risk management, and compliance through data-driven decision-making.
About the Role:
The Sales Programs Associate Director is responsible for developing and leading strategic sales programs that accelerate pipeline generation, improve sales productivity, and drive revenue growth across the organization. This role partners closely with senior Sales Leaders, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Sales Strategy, Enablement, and other go-to-market stakeholders to identify business opportunities, define program strategies, and execute initiatives that deliver measurable commercial outcomes. As a strategic leader, the Sales Programs Associate Director oversees a portfolio of sales growth initiatives, establishes program governance, and drives adoption across multiple regions, segments, or business units.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Program Strategy and Leadership
- Develop and execute sales program strategies that drive pipeline creation, accelerate deal progression, and improve revenue performance.
- Partner with senior Sales Leaders to identify business priorities, performance gaps, growth opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
- Establish program objectives, success metrics, governance structures, communication plans, and operating rhythms.
- Lead a portfolio of sales programs across multiple regions, business units, products, or customer segments. Translate strategic business goals into scalable sales plays and actionable field initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between sales programs and broader commercial, revenue, and go-to-market strategies.
Revenue Growth and Pipeline Management
- Lead analysis of pipeline health, sales productivity, conversion trends, territory performance, and growth opportunities.
- Develop targeted initiatives focused on pipeline generation, account penetration, customer expansion, and opportunity acceleration.
- Own the measurement of program performance against pipeline generated and influenced, opportunity progression, conversion, ACV, win rate, seller adoption and productivity outcomes.
- Assess overall business and pipeline health, lead root-cause analysis of performance gaps, and partner with Sales Leadership to define recovery strategies and prioritise the highest-impact growth opportunities.
Sales Leadership Partnership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to regional and senior sales leadership teams.
- Participate in business reviews, forecasting discussions, and strategic planning sessions.
- Recommend sales motions, growth plays, account targeting strategies, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Support annual and quarterly planning processes by identifying strategic pipeline-generation priorities.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner closely with Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Business Development, Enablement, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
- Ensure coordinated execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams responsible for program development, implementation, and measurement.
- Promote alignment across functions to improve commercial execution and customer outcomes.
- Scale successful programs and best practices across the organization.
Governance, Execution Excellence, and Continuous Improvement
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure accountability, transparency, and effective execution.
- Define stakeholder ownership, timelines, milestones, reporting requirements, and escalation processes.
- Oversee program adoption, seller engagement, and change management activities.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve execution and business impact.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, innovation, and operational excellence.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop Sales Programs Managers, Analysts, and project teams.
- Provide coaching and strategic direction to ensure high-quality program execution.
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and professional development across the function.
- Build organizational capabilities and scalable program management practices.
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Programs, Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Development, Demand Generation, Field Marketing or Sales Enablement.
- Proven experience designing and leading strategic sales programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior sales leaders and executive stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, go-to-market strategy, and revenue generation.
- Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, CRM analytics platforms, and sales technology ecosystems.
