From the layout and lighting to the furniture and smallest practical details, everything contributes to the Five2one experience.As our portfolio grows, we are looking for an Interior Design Project Assistant to join our Home Management team.This role is idóneo for someone with 1–2 years of experience who wants to gain hands-on exposure to real interior design projects and take on more responsibility as they grow.You will help bring each project to life, supporting everything from design development and sourcing to supplier coordination, installations and final quality checks.You will not spend your days only creating mood boards. You will be visiting properties, speaking with suppliers, updating budgets and making sure the details are right.THE MISSIONDesign & SourcingSupport the development of interior design conceptsPrepare layouts, mood boards and product selectionsSource furniture, lighting, textiles and decorative itemsPrepare basic floor plans and technical drawingsCoordination AssistanceRequest and compare supplier quotationsUpdate project budgets and purchasing trackersFollow up on orders, deliveries and outstanding itemsCoordinate suppliers, technicians and property accessKeep project timelines and documentation organisedInstallation & Quality ControlBe present during installations and property set-upsCheck deliveries and identify missing or damaged itemsPrepare snagging lists and follow up on correctionsCarry out property inspections and inventory reviewsCoordinate replacements, repairs and small improvementsHelp ensure every property is ready for owners and guestsWHO WE'RE LOOKING FORYou may be a strong fit if you:Have been exposed to real interior design or installation projectsAre organised,



practical and detail-orientedEnjoy both the creative and operational side of interior designAre confident dealing with suppliers and following up on actionsAre proactive, curious and willing to learnAre based on the Costa del Sol and able to travel between propertiesSpeak professional English; Spanish or Danish is a plusTECHNICAL SKILLSWorking knowledge of:AutoCAD or equivalentSketchUp or similar 3D softwareExcel or Google SheetsPhotoshop, InDesign, Canva or similarExperience with project management tools like Trello is a plus.You do not need to be an expert in everything from day one.
