We are seeking a skilled IAM Specialist with proven experience supporting and implementing Saviynt for medium to large-scale enterprise clients across diverse industry verticals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in IAM concepts such as JML, RBAC, and Provisioning, coupled with extensive hands-on experience with Saviynt IGA. This role demands excellent troubleshooting skills, the ability to work under pressure during critical incidents, and strong collaborative skills within a global team environment.Key Responsibilities:Support, configure, and implement Saviynt IGA solutions tailored to client requirementsProvide Level 3 support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Saviynt IGA environmentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and enhance workflows, forms, and other Saviynt componentsEnsure compliance with access review policies, certifications, and authorization standardsWork with application/web servers such as Tomcat, WebLogic, or WebSphere to support deployment and integrationsEngage with customers directly,



delivering technical support and consulting on IAM best practicesMust-Have Technical Skills:Minimum of 8 years of experience in the development and implementation of Saviynt IGA solutionsAt least 2 years of in-depth Level 3 support experience for Saviynt IGAProficiency in Java / J2EE, JavaScript, scripting languages, and XML for customization and development purposesStrong knowledge of access reviews, certifications, and governance processes within SaviyntExpertise in Java debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing performance of IAM solutionsSolid understanding of LDAP concepts with hands-on experience working with various LDAP directoriesExtensive experience developing/supporting workflows, forms, and other Saviynt componentsHands-on experience working with application servers such as Tomcat, WebLogic, or WebSphere, or developing J2EE applicationsExcellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with general teams and clientsCustomer-facing experience is essential, with a demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and deliver technical solutionsPreferred Certifications:Saviynt Certification or equivalent IAM certificationsJava or LDAP-specific certifications are a plus
