As a Facility Manager at gevekom, you are the essential all-rounder who keeps our local premises, outdoor areas, and facilities in top shape.

Your key responsibilities include: * Maintaining green spaces, landscaping, and all outdoor areas * Cleaning, servicing, and monitoring our pool and its technical systems * Carrying out general craft repairs and technical building maintenance * Coordinating, scheduling, and supervising external service providers and craft businesses * Managing and caring for our company vehicle fleet * Handling minor assembly, setup, and transport tasks across our sites * Monitoring safety, order, cleanliness,
