To advance strategic projects with high technical demands, we are seeking to recruit a Logistics Services Buyer with experience in transport service management and contracting—ideally within the defense sector or highly regulated environments.

Key responsibilities: • Manage tenders and contracts for land, sea, and air transport • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms regarding cost, quality, and timelines • Analyze offers and conduct technical-economic evaluations • Coordinate with logistics, operations, and legal teams to ensure contractual compliance • Oversee safety, confidentiality, and regulatory standards • Identify and manage risks in critical environments • Prepare reports, indicators,



and supplier performance metrics • Contribute to the procurement strategy and continuous process improvement Requirements: • Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field • 4+ years of experience in procurement, contracting, or tendering (experience in transport or defense is a plus) • Full proficiency in Spanish and a high level of English • Proficiency in procurement tools Professional competencies: • Advanced negotiation skills • Analytical mindset and results orientation • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure • Supplier management and risk assessment Interested in joining FMG?
