What would you need? * 3/4+ years of experience in Service
Now development or similar engineering roles * Strong proficiency in Service
Now platform development, including scripting (Java
Script, Glide
Script), web technologies (HTML or XML) and Service
Now APIs * Experience with Service
Now modules: ITSM and WSD * Hands-on experience with Citizen development on Service
Now * Familiarity with Service
Now development tools such as Flow Designer, Studio IDE, Update Sets * Good understanding of Service
Now architecture, data model,
and best practices * Experience with Service Portal design and development * Experience developing custom applications and integrations with third-party applications * Experience facilitating client-facing workshops and progressing initiatives through their lifecycle * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Dev
Ops practices * Ability to work within, and occasionally lead, a multi-disciplinary team delivering high-quality output in short timeframes * Knowledge of relational databases * Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident management, change management, etc.) * Analytical mindset and strong customer orientation * Ability to quickly understand new technologies through instruction and self-training * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (fluid level) * Strong critical thinking skills * A collaborative mindset - team collaboration is key #J-18808-Ljbffr
