WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
3/4+ years of experience in Service Now development or similar engineering roles
Strong proficiency in Service Now platform development, including scripting (Java Script, Glide Script), web technologies (HTML or XML) and Service Now APIs
Experience with Service Now modules: ITSM and WSD
Hands-on experience with Citizen development on Service Now
Familiarity with Service Now development tools such as Flow Designer, Studio IDE, Update Sets
Good understanding of Service Now architecture, data model, and best practices
Experience with Service Portal design and development
Experience developing custom applications and integrations with third-party applications
Experience facilitating client-facing workshops and progressing initiatives through their lifecycle
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Dev Ops practices
Ability to work within, and occasionally lead, a multi-disciplinary team delivering high-quality output in short timeframes
Knowledge of relational databases
Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident management, change management, etc.)
Analytical mindset and strong customer orientation
Ability to quickly understand new technologies through instruction and self-training
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (fluid level)
Strong critical thinking skills
A collaborative mindset – team collaboration is key
