What will your functions be? * Control de costes de la estructura de Operaciones marítimas. * Implantar y garantizar el seguimiento de la calidad de servicio al cliente. * Manejar KPIs internos para identificar mejoras y realizar las acciones correctivas necesarias en las diferentes operativas. * Gestionar incidencias de tráfico/proveedores/clientes y acompañar a tu equipo directo para su resolución. * Dirección y organización del equipo de trabajo a tu cargo, siendo responsable de su evaluación/crecimiento profesional y motivación * Participar en procesos de selección y asignar objetivos a tu equipo directo.

What are we looking for? * Experiencia previa de al menos 5 años en empresa transitaria y en gestión operaciones de tráfico marítimo y/o coordinación de equipo de operaciones. * Poseer formación en la rama administrativa y/o de comercio internacional. * Contar con nivel B2/C1 de inglés. * Valorable experiencia tráfico transporte doméstico (origen/destino Canarias) * Valorable experiencia en el uso de la herramienta Cargo
