You will guide onboarding, implementation, testing, deployment, and go-live, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption.

You’ll act as the main point of contact for customers, drive value realization, and support continuous improvement.

This position sits at the intersection of terminal operations, technology, and customer engagement, offering a chance to shape digitalization in ports and terminals.
