About the role Strategically plan and manage warehouses and services to support plant operation requirements.

Key responsibilities * Supervise, coach, and train warehouse staff and personnel * Work proactively with plant managers and staff, as well as with various departments, to achieve efficiencies and manage expectations * Ensure that all movement of commodities inbound and outbound is documented and processed in accordance with established procedures * Analyze and evaluate planning inputs such as usage, trends, availability constraints, storage and handling * Carry out a weekly inventory count to reconcile inventory records for raw materials and finished goods with vigente stock on hand against records in the inventory management system * Recommend improvements to existing procedures to reduce cost and increase efficiency About you * College graduate in any field or course * At least 5 years of supervisory experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics operations * Experience in SAP or similar ERP systems * Strong leadership and people management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
