We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager to join a new fintech venture launching in Spain, backed by the solid financial and operational foundation of a major international group.

This is a rare opportunity to shape a regulated e-money product from the ground up, working at the intersection of product, compliance, and technology in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
EU Regulatory Alignment: Adapt the product to EU requirements in line with the existing filing documentation submitted to the Bank of Spain (BoS).

Define the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for core financial services, including: Issuance and redemption of electronic money

Execution of payment transactions

Acquisition of payment transactions

Payment initiation services

Compliance Integration (KYC/AML): Work closely with the Compliance Director and Compliance Manager to seamlessly embed strict European regulatory requirements (PSD2, AMLD) into the user journey (UX/UI).

Technical Collaboration: Translate business requirements into engineering specifications.





Partner with the CTO and Tech Lead to design integrations with key providers, and coordinate with a remote engineering team using Atlassian Jira.

Metrics & Unit Economics: Contribute to shaping the product's unit economics, own Time-to-Market (TTM), and rapidly validate product hypotheses.

Requirements
Level: Strong Middle / Senior Product Manager, comfortable in a startup environment and working in close collaboration with Compliance and Tech teams.

Experience: 3+ years in Product Management strictly within Fintech (neobanks, payment systems, crypto wallets, or fintech ecosystems).

Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of how payments work (SEPA, SWIFT), card issuing, processing, core banking ledgers, and KYC providers.

Technical Proficiency: Ability to design complex API integrations, write clear specifications, and communicate effectively with software engineers.

Mindset: Startup mentality — comfortable operating in ambiguity, making data-informed decisions even with incomplete data, and driving the team toward successful releases.

Languages: Fluent Spanish and strong English (B2+/C1) for interaction with the core team, European vendors, and technical documentation.

Russian is a strong advantage.
