We are looking for a Business Analyst (6 years of experience) specialising in cards, for a one-year project in Brussels. The role follows a hybrid model, with 50% on-site work and 50% homeworking. The start date is as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

- Analyse issues and propose improvements to card products and services.
- Analyse and evaluate change requests.
- Identify solutions with squad members and assess the available options.
- Develop business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Act as an interface between stakeholders.
- Bridge business needs and IT.
- Define the business scope, target operating model, and business and IT interfaces.
- Monitor change implementation, including Business Acceptance Testing (BAT).

Must-Have Requirements

- You have experience as a Business Analyst in a cards environment.
- You have business expertise in card products, processes, and related services.
- You have knowledge of the Belgian cards industry, including its players and trends.
- You can understand and communicate complex business topics and their links with IT.
- English proficiency.
