IRIS IMS (Information Management Solutions) is a Belgian-based technology company with a strong heritage in OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and document digitization. It began as IRIS, a public company spin off from UCLouvain in 1987, and quickly earned an international reputation for its expertise in document indexing, classification, and extraction.

In 2013, IRIS was acquired by Canon, a strategic move aligned with Canon’s ambition to strengthen its core activities by investing in the growing market of information management and digital workflow solutions.

Since Then, IRIS IMS became part of Canon Benelux, as one of their competence centers for Information Management. In the context of digitalization and Business Process Automation, we are looking for a Functional Analyst/Scrum master to support IT projects.

Key Responsibilities : Process Modeling & Solution Design

- Collect and analyze business needs through meetings and stakeholder interviews & workshops and documentation review;
- Translate business needs into clear solutions addressing business use cases and challenges;
- Produce structured analysis deliverables like Business Analysis Documents, Functional and Technical specifications and Use cases;
- Model business processes using standard methodologies (e.g., BPMN);
- Present proposed solutions and process models to stakeholders;
- Efficient communication with both business and IT teams;
- Define, document, and execute test plans based on analysis;
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
- Prepare and deliver user training sessions;
- Knowledge and interest in IRISNext - ABBYY solutions or Mendix developments.

Your profile

- Bachelor's in computer sciences or higher
- Minimum 3 years in IT as Technical Analyst
- Ability to obtain Security Clearance
- Proven experience as a Technical Analyst including in Agile environments
- Experience in Business Process Automation
- Experience in Document Management System and Intelligent Document Processing
- Experience in Low code (Mendix), ABBYY or IRISNext is a plus
- Experience with Agile tools: Jira, Azure DevOps
- Native in one of the two language French or Dutch and Fluent in the second one
- Professional level in English
