We are looking for a Product Value Manager to join a dynamic Product Management environment, where analytical expertise and business acumen are key to shaping product performance and supporting strategic decisions.

As a Product Value Manager, you will partner closely with Product Managers, Bid Teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure product cost competitiveness, profitability, and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

As a trusted business partner within the Product Management team, you will contribute to the planning, forecasting, monitoring, and optimization of product performance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining and updating yearly General Product Costs and normalized cost curves over a 5-year horizon.
- Managing and evolving Commercial Product Catalogs in line with Product Managers' strategic roadmaps.
- Supporting Bid Teams by providing refined project-specific cost inputs and commercial parameters from catalog through contract execution.
- Ensuring consistency, maintenance, and validation of cost management tools and budget structures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Integrating lessons learned and return-on-experience data into future costing models and catalog updates.
- Monitoring cost reduction initiatives and identifying new opportunities through collaboration with multiple departments.
- Producing business performance reporting, defining relevant KPIs, and recommending corrective actions to secure and improve product profitability.




- Acting as a key contributor to data-driven decision-making and continuous performance improvement.

Experience & Expertise

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Product Management, Business Performance, Controlling, Finance, Cost Management, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Financial background or strong financial awareness is highly appreciated.
- Experience working with complex cost structures, budgeting, forecasting, and performance indicators is a plus.
