The YouRent platform helps estate agencies, landlords and asset management companies streamline the administrative, technical, financial and commercial aspects of rental management. This includes lease management, payment monitoring, maintenance planning, accounting, property marketing and dedicated tenant and landlord portals.

The Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Officer to join YouRent Group.

This is a full-time hybrid position based in La Hulpe (Terhulpen), near Brussels, Belgium, with the possibility of working from home part of the week.

You will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing initiatives that support YouRent's brand visibility, lead generation and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns

* Support B2B lead generation and customer acquisition activities

* Manage social media channels and create engaging digital content

* Plan and coordinate email marketing campaigns

* Conduct market, customer and competitor research

* Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights

* Support SEO and online visibility initiatives

* Use CRM, marketing automation and analytics tools to improve campaign performance

* Collaborate closely with Sales, Product and Customer Success teams

* Support consistent communication with prospective and existing customers





* Explore AI and automation tools to improve marketing efficiency

Qualifications

* Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or a closely related marketing role

* Experience with campaign planning, execution and performance analysis

* Experience with social media marketing, content creation and community management

* Understanding of B2B sales processes, lead generation and conversion

* Familiarity with digital marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems and marketing automation platforms

* Experience with tools such as Odoo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar platforms is an advantage

* Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills

* Bachelor's degree required; a Master's degree is a plus

* Full professional proficiency in both French and Dutch is required

* Native-level proficiency in Dutch is highly valued for this role

* Strong written and spoken English

* Comfortable working independently and collaborating with cross-functional teams
