At EPSA, we help organizations optimize their performance through expert procurement, financial, and operational consulting services. We are currently looking for a Procurement Operations Specialist to support key procurement processes for one of our clients.

As a Procurement Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of procurement activities and supplier management processes. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to facilitate efficient procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate the contract signature workflow from initiation to completion.
- Support and oversee supplier onboarding activities, ensuring all required documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- Maintain supplier and contract information within Ivalua.
- Collaborate with procurement teams and business stakeholders to ensure procurement processes run efficiently.
- Monitor and follow up on procurement-related requests and administrative activities.
- Contribute to process improvements and help optimize procurement workflows.

Your Profile

- Up to 3 years of relevant professional experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing,



or Procurement Operations.
- Previous experience working as a Buyer or within a Procurement function.
- Familiarity with contract management and supplier onboarding processes.
- Experience with Ivalua is a strong asset.
- Hands-on, proactive, and dynamic personality with a strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and international environment.

Languages

- Dutch, French, and English preferred.
- Strong proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a significant advantage.
