We are looking for an experienced Business Process Analyst to support a major Finance transformation and operational optimization program. This role focuses on the transfer and optimization of Finance activities, particularly within Financial Accounting and Reporting, ensuring a smooth transition between teams while maintaining operational excellence, compliance, and business continuity.
As a key contributor, you will document and analyze existing Finance processes, coordinate knowledge transfer activities, support stakeholders throughout the transition journey, and help translate complex regulatory and business requirements into practical operational solutions. You will also contribute to program governance by preparing reporting materials, monitoring risks and dependencies, and supporting management decision-making.
The idóneo candidate brings at least 6 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, control, or consolidation processes, preferably within the banking sector. A strong understanding of finance processes, regulatory reporting frameworks such as FINREP and COREP,
and experience working in complex stakeholder environments are essential. Knowledge of internal controls, audit practices, IFRS, or local GAAP standards is considered an asset.
Success in this role requires excellent analytical and documentation skills, a structured and solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to effectively manage change across multiple stakeholders. You are a strong communicator who can simplify complex topics, work independently, and build trusted relationships across the organization.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Fluent English and French; good knowledge of Dutch
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with finance and reporting systems
- Hybrid working model (50% onsite / 50% remote)
