We are looking for a Cybersecurity Program Manager. This 10-month assignment will be based in Brussels under a hybrid working model, with 50% on-site presence and 50% remote work. The start date is as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

- Define the cybersecurity initiative strategy, particularly in response to post-quantum risks, and translate it into a prioritized portfolio.
- Oversee the value, status, and interdependencies of the projects, enhancements, and studies within the portfolio.
- Drive the day-to-day delivery of the roadmap and resolve obstacles related to the transition to post-quantum cryptography.
- Develop short-, medium-, and long-term roadmaps, including priority actions and associated budgets.
- Lead all phases of cybersecurity initiatives, including PQC readiness assessments and mitigation plans.
- Embed cryptographic agility into project designs.
- Set milestones, ensure adherence to master plans, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Assess roadmaps against PQC standards, particularly NIST-selected algorithms.




- Present quantum-related risks and investment priorities to middle and executive management.
- Ensure alignment with cryptographic standards, regulations, and policies, including ETSI and IETF guidelines.
- Contribute to improving quantum-resistant data security policies and frameworks.

Must-Have Requirements

- You have at least 10 years of experience managing multiple IT and cybersecurity projects or programs.
- You have strong expertise in information security governance, related frameworks, and risk management.
- You have a strong understanding of Post-Quantum Cryptography fundamentals, including lattice-based algorithms, hybrid encryption, and NIST standardization.
- You have expertise in cryptographic inventory and assessment methodologies used to identify systems vulnerable to post-quantum threats.
- You hold a project management certification, such as PRINCE2 or ITIL.
- You hold a change management certification, such as ADKAR.
- French proficiency
