About this vacancy

Business Development

- Create and develop your own entity in the life sciences industry.
- Develop and manage your customer portfolio in life sciences

Recruitment

- Identify and recruit the engineers and scientist who will join your team
- Collaborate with the HRBP team to find the most suitable employeneurs for TMC

People Management

- Manage your team of consultants (career management, monitoring and coaching)

Finance Management

- Manage your budget and finances related to the contract negotiations and salary proposals

What we expect from you

- Graduate of a Master in Life Sciences, Business, Economics, Management or Engineering
- You speak fluently Dutch and English.
- You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, you like to work independently while benefiting from the support of a dynamic and experienced team
- Organized and rigorous
- Open and dynamic,



you are a go-getter and have a sense of challenge
- You are fluent in English, Dutch & French
- You can work from our Zaventem office
