As Senior Architect, you will define end-to-end technological solutions for complex Platform Engineering projects and lead their implementation. You will coordinate internal and external teams, ensuring alignment with quality, security, and efficiency standards.

You will act as a technical reference for the client, shaping design, adoption, and ongoing improvements in a cross-functional environment. This role centers on Platform Engineering across execution and development platforms, SDLC, Dev Ops, security, and observability, with a meaningful impact on client outcomes and operational success.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Define optimal technological solutions for complex Platform Engineering projects, covering development and execution platforms and SDLC
- Evaluate and adopt technologies to improve the software development cycle
- Lead software development teams using agile practices for coding, integration, and deployment
- Monitor code quality, performance, scalability, and security of solutions
- Define and implement Dev Ops and CI/CD strategies under Everything as Code and Git Ops




- Lead construction of assets to accelerate IDP deployment in clients
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards for the team
- Collaborate with development, operations and security teams to ensure Platform Engineering adoption
- Identify and manage technical risks and propose innovative solutions
- Support project manager in effort estimation and planning
- Position as customer’s technical partner and validate designs with them
- Foster iterative improvement of standards and practices based on project experiences

Responsabilidades

- extensive experience in technical leadership of client projects with complex cloud architectures
- deep specialization in Platform Engineering
- ability to lead cross-team architecture and delivery
- strong understanding of security, observability, and Dev Ops practices
- experience with design and adoption of IDPs (Internal Developer Platforms)
- proven capability to coordinate internal and external teams
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
