Experteer Overview
In this role you will plan, run and evaluate vegetable variety trials in Almería, translating field results into actionable insights for portfolio decisions.

You will collaborate with Product Development, Breeding and Sales to shape our vegetable offerings and ensure rigorous trial execution.

The position is hands-on and field-focused, with opportunities to influence which varieties advance to market.

You will work within a young, collaborative team that values curiosity, practicality and continuous learning.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Plan, coordinate and execute variety development trials in the assigned area in line with the trial plan
• Monitor field trials from implementation through final evaluation with rigorous execution
• Collect, analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to derive key conclusions
• Prepare reports and present results to support evaluation and advancement of new varieties
• Evaluate variety performance and key agronomic characteristics using technical judgement beyond data collection
• Collaborate across Product Development,



Breeding and Sales to share insights on varieties, market, customers and competitors
• Contribute to continuous improvement of trial protocols and methodologies

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Horticulture or a comparable field
• Experience in the vegetable seed industry, ideally in product development, variety evaluation or field trials
• Strong agronomic knowledge with ability to observe, analyze and interpret field performance
• Strong planning, organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
• Analytical and curious mindset, understanding both data and its meaning
• Proactive, collaborative and hands-on approach across functions
• Valid category B driving licence
• Fluent Spanish and conversational English (minimum B1) with ability to present results in English
• Knowledge and experience with cucumber is valuable
