Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead reliability efforts for all types of equipment, with a focus on dynamic systems, across their lifecycle.

You will shape predictive and preventive maintenance, analyze failures, and steer improvement projects to maximize availability, safety, and performance.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to align with quality and environmental standards and drive asset management initiatives that support Moeve’s energy transition mission.

This is a hands-on, impact-driven opportunity to elevate plant reliability and technical excellence.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead and coordinate reliability activities across equipment lifecycle to maximize availability, safety and performance
• Define predictive and preventive maintenance strategies and monitor health of critical assets
• Coordinate breakdown, repetitive failure and root cause analyses and implement corrective actions
• Develop and supervise reliability and maintenance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, Top-N) and generate decision-ready reports
• Plan and execute interventions on critical equipment ensuring technical quality and best practices




• Define and promote training plans for maintenance and operations on reliability and asset management
• Manage personnel in the area and foster safety, technical excellence and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and results

Responsabilidades
• University degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance and dynamic equipment reliability experience, preferably in chemical or petrochemical industries
• Strong knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance, breakdown analysis and RCA, reliability management (ISO 18436-4 Level 2 lubrication, ISO 18436-2 Level 2 predictive vibration analysis)
• Experience applying RCA methodologies, vibration analysis, continuous improvement and industrial asset management
• Experience tracking maintenance indicators and implementing lifecycle-oriented improvements
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive results
• English proficiency at B2 level or equivalent
