Experteer Overview
You will own and scale the cloud infrastructure behind HBX Group’s Car Rental Platform, delivering high-performance, low-latency integrations with suppliers and distribution partners.

Working in a small, autonomous Infrastructure Team, you’ll cover compute, networking, databases, observability, and delivery pipelines to support millions of travel transactions.

You’ll implement automation, security, and robust failover to enable reliable, scalable services in a fully remote, cross-functional setup.

This role offers impact across a dynamic, tech-driven organization shaping travel technology at scale.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Operate and improve AWS infrastructure across multiple environments (networking, compute, storage, databases, security)
• Develop and maintain Terraform codebases for infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle management
• Administer and evolve EKS clusters: node pools, scaling, upgrades, ingress, RBAC
• Manage relational databases (Aurora PostgreSQL, RDS): performance, availability, backups, DR
• Maintain observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Open

Search)
• Participate in on-call rotations, perform RCAs and incident responses




• Collaborate with development teams on infrastructure needs and onboarding
• Automate operational tasks via scripting and CI/CD pipelines
• Contribute to security posture (patching, access control, WAF, network policies)
• Plan disaster recovery and business continuity strategies

Responsabilidades
• Significant experience in infrastructure, platform engineering, SRE, or Dev

Ops roles
• Hands-on AWS experience in production environments
• Proficiency with Terraform for large-scale infrastructure
• Experience operating Kubernetes clusters in production
• Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred): administration, performance, backup/recovery
• Understanding of networking, security, OS, web services, and databases
• Scripting ability (Bash, Python, or similar) for automation
• Strong communication and remote cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently in a self-regulated manner
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
