Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the design, configuration, testing and implementation of Workday solutions for HCM and Recruiting/Onboarding, while guiding BAU support and continuous improvement.

You will partner with HR, IT and external teams to shape effective HR processes and deliver high-quality, end-to-end solutions.

You will manage multiple workstreams, drive testing and release readiness, and push for workflow improvements across the Workday footprint.

This position offers global collaboration and a tangible impact on people operations and business outcomes.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead investigation of business needs and translate requirements into functional Workday solutions and user stories
• Own design, configuration, testing and implementation of Workday across HCM and Recruiting/Onboarding, with potential expansion to other modules
• Provide cross-module BAU support, enhancements, issue resolution, and continuous improvement
• Build relationships with HR, HRSS, COEs, IT and external partners to align scope, priorities and outcomes
• Act as a credible functional partner, using strong communication to influence decisions
• Collaborate with SMEs, technical teams and partners to assess impacts and options
• Manage user acceptance testing, ad hoc testing and production verification for quality delivery




• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and maximise Workday value
• Partner with IT and integration teams to review impacts and support end-to-end solutions
• Manage and prioritise multiple workstreams, balancing operational support with project activity
• Contribute to HR Technology ways of working, documentation, testing standards and governance

Responsabilidades
• Degree qualified in IT, Business, HR or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong Workday configuration experience with hands-on capability in HCM and Recruiting/Onboarding
• Experience across multiple Workday modules; Benefits and/or Absence exposure desirable
• Proven ability to act as lead functional analyst across BAU, enhancements and small-to-medium change
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in testing, UAT coordination, post-implementation support and change governance
• Comfortable working in a global environment with competing priorities and evolving module needs
