As Team Manager, you lead a Professional Services group responsible for delivering Veeva RIM implementations and ongoing customer success.

You will shape delivery by steering onboarding, execution, and post-go-live support across engagements.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, staff development, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure outcomes for customers and the business.

You’ll influence practices, create delivery collateral, and partner with integral teams.

This is a remote EU/UK-based opportunity with travel.

• Lead a Professional Services team delivering Veeva RIM implementations
• Hire, manage performance, and mentor staff
• Act as Services Delivery Lead for multiple customer engagements (non-billable up to 25% with customer interaction)
• Manage supply and demand, staffing projects with appropriate resources
• Coach the team, identify billable work to boost productivity, and hold team accountable
• Manage escalations,



support pre-sales, and cultivate customer relationships
• Coordinate lessons learned across projects to share best practices
• Provide executive oversight of internal initiatives and project sponsorship
• Build internal cross-functional network (Sales, Strategy, Product, Services) to advocate customer and employee success

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of software implementation experience at a software vendor or consulting firm
• 3+ years in people management
• Experience growing and leading a professional services team
• Operational excellence in services delivery including utilization and resource management
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
