In this role you implement payroll solutions for clients, handling data migration, integrations, and reporting while aligning with client needs.

You work closely with cross-functional teams to tailor ERP integrations and ensure data accuracy through thorough testing.

The position blends technical delivery with client collaboration in a multi-location, growth-oriented environment.

• Support payroll solution deployments for clients including data migration, integrations with other systems, and reporting

• Configure and customize existing integration models with internal systems

Responsabilidades
• Technical academic background in DAW, DAM, ASIR, or computer engineering/software engineering
• ≥3 years of experience in similar roles
• Backend programming with Node.js
• Relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL)
• REST API development and web services (JSON)
• Cloud platforms knowledge (Azure or AWS) a plus
• Experience configuring and customizing ERP solutions
• Strong multi-project management and quality standards
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Knowledge of Integrho desirable
• Experience with payroll, time and attendance, or HCM systems a plus
