Experteer Overview
In this role you provide high-level remote technical support for issues escalated to European HQ, assist with installation, commissioning and repair of Panasonic HVAC products, and manage cloud-based admin tasks for IoT devices.

You will coordinate with marketing, product management, and training centers to ensure up-to-date materials and smooth project execution.

The role combines technical problem-solving with documentation, cross-functional collaboration, and cloud administration, offering international exposure and a path to impact across services and solutions.

• Provide remote technical support for issues escalated to European HQ technical team
• Assist internal and external customers on installation, commissioning and repair of Panasonic HVAC solutions
• Coordinate product commissioning within LSOs, assign resources, follow up on projects, ensure quality assurance and customer satisfaction
• Prepare project documentation for pre-sales data and after-sales support
• Collaborate with Marketing on IoT u0026 Connectivity marketing material and support training
• Coordinate with Product Manager on Training Centers updates,



uninstall old products and install new ones, review installation/service manuals
• Support product documentation development with product teams and factories, review content (ErP, test reports, DoC, specs, II, OI and SM)
• Act as Panasonic European Admin on Cloud Side to manage LSO Admin Accounts and supervise Admin tasks
• Manage, analyze and report SIM Card usage for Panasonic IoT devices
• Supervise invoiced IoT services vs activated cloud services
• Support projects with 3rd party companies in Europe

Responsabilidades
• University degree with deep technical expertise or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the field
• Knowledge on Building Automation (KNX, Modbus, BACnet)
• Knowledge on IoT devices and systems
• Knowledge on LAN and WAN networks
