Experteer Overview
In this role you will architect and scale our CRM-driven growth engine for new markets, blending Direct Sales and Partnerships.

You’ll build processes from scratch, automate manual tasks, and run data-driven campaigns that move prospects to revenue.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to turn experiments into scalable playbooks and continuously improve the CRM stack using AI and emerging tech.

This is a hands-on builder role with high impact on growth and efficiency.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own lead lifecycle and nurturing strategies from first touch to sales opportunity and beyond
• Build and optimize workflows, automations, lists, campaigns and other CRM assets for scalable execution
• Identify manual or inefficient processes and automate them with technology, AI and smart CRM solutions
• Design segmentation and targeting based on ICP, market maturity, buyer behavior, source, channel and business priorities
• Create new processes from scratch where no playbook exists and scale successful experiments
• Track and analyze CRM performance,



linking activities to pipeline and revenue outcomes
• Continuously experiment and optimize campaigns, automations and journeys using data and market learnings

Responsabilidades
• 2-4 years in CRM, Growth Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing Operations or similar revenue-focused role
• Strong Hub

Spot experience (Workflows, Lists, Emails, Campaigns, Properties, Reports, Deal Management, CRM automation)
• Builder mindset; comfortable creating processes without predefined structures
• Growth mindset with ability to translate data into actions
• Tech-savvy and AI-curious; eager to automate and improve workflows
• Data-driven with ability to define KPIs and link CRM activity to revenue
• Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator
• Hands-on, pragmatic, and proactive in changing markets
