Experteer Overview
As a Strategic Technology Leader, you shape the Operations IT data, semantic and knowledge strategy to enable analytics, AI, and automation.

You will align data governance, interoperable standards, and semantic capabilities across Operations with Enterprise IT and the Operations Data Office.

You’ll build scalable data products, semantic layers, and knowledge graphs to improve decision-making and operational value.

This role offers a chance to lead cross-domain programs and partner with senior stakeholders to drive data-driven transformation.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own and deliver the Operations IT data, semantic and knowledge roadmap aligned with business priorities
• Define evolution from data products, data contracts, semantic layers and knowledge graphs to build reusable foundations
• Drive data capability alignment and interoperability across Operations domains
• Translate business standards and governance into scalable technology capabilities
• Deliver lifecycle management for enterprise data products across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement, Sustainability
• Build and evolve semantic layer with defined entities, metrics, relationships and rules
• Lead knowledge graph initiatives and enterprise knowledge capabilities across structured and unstructured data
• Operationalise data governance, semantic standards, data contracts and information management
• Ensure data quality, metadata, lineage, security,



retention and auditability across platforms
• Support cross-functional delivery across Operations, Enterprise IT, Cyber Security and Digital u0026 AI
• Foster reuse, data-driven decision-making, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
• Influence senior stakeholders and develop talent and operating models for evolving data landscapes

Responsabilidades
• Significant experience leading data/information management, digital transformation or technology delivery initiatives
• Proven track record delivering data strategies and data products or knowledge products
• Strong understanding of modern data architectures, cloud platforms, semantic layers, metadata management, data contracts
• Hands-on experience delivering GenAI products in a live business environment
• Ability to translate business concepts, KPIs and domain standards into reusable data products with governed semantic layers
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery pods across multiple domains
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience operating within a federated data governance model
