Experteer Overview
In this role you provide proactive IT support to N26 employees, resolving technical issues across macOS, Windows, iOS, Android and ChromeOS.

You’ll manage critical tools and enable self-service and automation within the IIT team, collaborating to improve onboarding, documentation, and asset management.

You’ll work on projects to enhance systems and operations and help users work more efficiently in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

This is a customer-focused role with tangible impact on daily productivity and security.

• Provide IT support to employees to resolve technical issues
• Support end-user devices across macOS, Windows, iOS, Android, and ChromeOS
• Manage tools and applications: Google Workspace, Kandji, Intune, Jira, Confluence, Service

• Assist with IT onboarding and training for new employees
• Develop, update, and maintain IT documentation and user guides
• Manage hardware and software asset inventory




• Design and execute projects to enhance systems and operations
• Familiarize with IAM Operations tasks for cross-team collaboration

Responsabilidades
• Ability to independently manage and prioritise workload
• Proactive, organized, service-oriented with strong SLA focus
• Relevant academic qualifications or equivalent IT support experience
• Experience with ticket-based enterprise workflow systems, especially JIRA Service

Desk
• Strong knowledge of Apple, Windows and ChromeOS operating systems
• Familiarity with the Google ecosystem
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong English proficiency
• Certifications in Apple, Google, or Windows are nice to have
