Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the market procurement strategy for a robust supplier base, overseeing sourcing, contracting, and supplier performance to enable cost-efficient, high-quality operations.

You’ll collaborate with Construction u0026amp; Facilities teams, Legal, and Global Procurement Strategist to drive compliant, scalable procurement across an international setting.

You will tackle continuous improvement, onboarding of new suppliers, and adherence to general guidelines to support expansion and maintenance standards.

This position offers scope to shape procurement practices in a retail environment and impact cost, compliance, and supplier partnerships at scale.

• Set and monitor procurement goals and KPIs to drive supplier performance and continuous improvement
• Secure an efficient Construction u0026 Facilities supplier base enabling expansion and service delivery
• Oversee prequalification and onboarding of new suppliers per PQQ requirements and maintain a compliant contractor network
• Support procurement audits and assessments to keep processes accurate and up-to-date
• Manage procurement tools and templates (RFI/RFP, agreements) to ensure compliance with Global Construction u0026 Facilities guidelines




• Provide procurement guidance to the Construction u0026 Facilities team during tendering, negotiations and commercial decisions
• Drive and monitor compliance within the market portfolio regarding maintenance standards, certifications, policies, and local regulations

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Construction, Law or equivalent professional experience
• Procurement certifications are advantageous
• At least 3 years of relevant procurement experience in facility and/or construction management; retail experience is a plus
• Experience developing and implementing procurement strategies is advantageous
• Experience in international, matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders and seniority levels
• Strong procurement, negotiation and supplier management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Advanced English and Spanish proficiency (written and spoken)
