Experteer Overview
In this role you will manage the KYB/KYC lifecycle for Qonto's German business customers from our Barcelona office, performing compliance-driven reviews, data remediation, and documentation updates.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to improve processes and knowledge bases, using internal tools to ensure accurate regulatory data.

You’ll handle direct customer outreach to gather documents and resolve data gaps, while maintaining precision under potential regulatory implications.

This is a hands-on, impact-focused position in a growing, diverse fintech environment.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Conduct periodic KYB/KYC re-reviews for German business customers
• Engage customers via email, chat, and phone to collect updated documentation and address data gaps
• Identify process gaps and blockers, escalating improvements to tooling and workflows




• Maintain and update internal knowledge resources (Notion AI) to reflect current procedures and regulatory requirements
• Handle compliance cases with potential legal/regulatory implications with precision and care

Responsabilidades
• 1–2 years in a customer-facing role in a structured, KPI-driven environment
• Native-level German with precise, professional written communication
• Attention to detail in complex cases and ability to spot inconsistencies
• Composure under pressure and methodical problem-solving approach
• Improvement mindset with willingness to flag blockers and contribute to process/tool enhancements
