As a Digital Transformation Business Analyst at Fed

Ex Global Trade Services, you combine business insight with technology to drive AI-powered transformation and automation across global trade.

You will partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, translate challenges into tech solutions, and support adoption and change management in a cross-functional setting.

The role sits at the intersection of business, data, and innovation, delivering measurable improvements in processes and performance.

You will work with a global team to enable strategic initiatives and impactful outcomes.

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications for digital transformation initiatives
• Support identification, assessment, and prioritization of automation and AI use cases across Global Trade Services
• Translate business challenges into innovative technology solutions aligned with strategic objectives
• Collaborate with technology teams, data scientists, engineers, and product owners to develop and implement business solutions
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), solution adoption, and change management activities




• Leverage data-driven insights to support decision-making and performance improvement
• Build strong partnerships with Operations, Technology, Regulatory Affairs and other key stakeholders

Responsabilidades
• Strong interest in automation technologies, digital transformation, data analytics, and AI
• Strategic thinking with attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a passion for innovation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels
• Experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role
• Experience documenting business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications
• Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions
• Fluency in English, written and verbal
• Willingness to travel within Europe (~25%)
