In this role you will design and govern the integration architecture for SAP Success

Factors and provide functional support for Employee Central.

You will collaborate with HR, IT, vendors, and partners to deliver scalable, compliant solutions across the enterprise.

You will focus on architecture, data modelling, business rules, and data quality to ensure secure, performant integrations.

You will lead blueprinting, testing, cutover, and hypercare from a technical standpoint, shaping HR system integration.

Factors and connected HR/enterprise systems
• Focus on integration concepts, data flows, and interface specifications
• Ensure best practices for security, performance, error handling, and monitoring
• Maintain integration documentation, standards, and architectural guidelines
• Serve as EC SME on core HR processes, data models, workflows, MDF objects, and effective-dated data
• Support EC data loads with templates, validation rules, and data quality checks
• Collaborate with HR, IT,



vendors, and partners to translate needs into scalable designs
• Lead blueprinting, testing, cutover, and hypercare from the technology side
• Ensure data privacy, security, and audit compliance in collaboration with SAP Basis
• Review specifications, test plans, and integration test results
• Maintain clear documentation of architecture and data flows

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience as a Success

Factors Solution Architect or similar HRIS role
• Deep knowledge of Success

Factors Employee Central and data structures
• Strong understanding of the Success

Factors data model and effective-dated data handling
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite / CPI or similar SAP middleware
• Ability to design integration concepts without hands-on development
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
