Experteer Overview
As an Index Analyst, you maintain SIX Spanish indices and support equity and fixed income benchmarks used worldwide.

You’ll work within the Index Operations team to ensure data quality, governance, and timely index changes in collaboration with product, IT, sales, and clients.

The role combines production, corporate actions coordination, and incident support in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Manage and maintain SIX and custom indices with a focus on SIX Spanish indices
• Participate in Production, Corporate Actions, and Index Review shift rotations
• Determine index constituents and weightings during periodic reviews
• Provide incident management and 2nd-level operational support
• Implement index changes across applications and systems




• Ensure compliance with Working Instructions, governance, and controls framework
• Drive operational quality and process improvement, including BAT execution

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Economics
• 1st working experience in the financial sector, preferably in operational/middle-office/back-office roles
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to work under pressure, independent and self-driven
• Excellent Spanish and English communication; German is a plus
• Strong Excel and Python skills for data analysis, automation, and operational support
