As an Excellence Specialist in the AFC Operations team, you support performance monitoring, documentation, and process optimization across Fraud, Sanctions, and Financial Crime.

You will work with cross-functional peers to ensure data accuracy and consistent operations in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will contribute to dashboards, SOP updates, and governance tasks that enable scalable, compliant workflows.

This role offers hands-on growth with experienced leaders and exposure to modern fintech operations and analytics in a diverse, international setting.

• Gather, update and compile weekly/monthly AFC performance metrics (KPIs, SLAs)
• Prepare routine performance packs, dashboards, and leadership presentations
• Perform basic data checks to ensure reporting accuracy
• Track operational workflows and maintain clear SOPs
• Support continuous improvement deep-dives and routine process updates
• Log operational feedback and track follow-ups across teams
• Maintain baseline workforce tracking files and schedule logs with operational leads




• Provide data inputs for workforce management and capacity planning
• Coordinate governance materials and action items for governance forums
• Assist in organizing audit readiness documentation and archiving control records
• Serve as a reliable interface for daily AFC task follow-ups

Responsabilidades
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in operations, banking/fintech, analytics, or process support
• Solid foundation in Excel/Google Sheets
• Eagerness to learn data tools (SQL, Looker, Tableau)
• High attention to detail, strong problem-solving mindset, organized, proactive
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field
