In this role, you drive and shape the firm’s Ethics u0026amp; Compliance program, leading intake, triage, and complex investigations.

You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to address legal, regulatory, and compliance issues, leveraging data and technology to enable high-quality decisions.

You’ll influence policy and training, maintain integrity, and collaborate with stakeholders across Legal, Internal Audit, Finance, and HR.

• Lead and remediate key risk areas across the Ethics u0026 Compliance program, including investigations and regulatory reviews
• Oversee intake and triage of allegations and complex case management
• Develop and reinforce consistency across the firm’s Ethics program, identifying opportunities to evolve

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years in legal, regulatory, or compliance roles
• 4+ years leading and managing complex investigations (litigation, internal investigations, regulatory reviews)
• 5+ years addressing legal, regulatory and compliance issues; experience with multifaceted investigations
• Experience with third-party case management technologies
• Strong Excel and data visualization skills (Tableau or equivalent)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to progress through ambiguity
• Strong influence and relationship-building abilities across audiences
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with cross-functional delivery
• High discretion with confidential materials
• Excellent written and oral communication in English
