As Head of Architecture- Spain, you will lead and shape the local architecture capability within a integral asset manager.

You’ll align technology and data strategy with business goals, guiding delivery and governance across enterprise, domain, data, and solution architectures.

You’ll drive cloud and data initiatives (Snowflake, GCP) and AI-enabled governance to deliver scalable, resilient platforms.

You’ll partner with the CTO/CDO and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into real, measurable outcomes.

This role offers impact at scale, with a clear path to building a high-performing architecture function in Spain.

Responsabilidades
• Senior architecture and people leadership experience in financial services or other regulated industries
• Experience leading or contributing to end-to-end IT delivery with delivery-focused mindset
• Broad expertise across enterprise, domain, solution, data, and technology architecture
• Proven ability to define target architectures, roadmaps, standards, and governance
• Strong knowledge of modern application, integration, platform, cloud, and data architecture
• Preferred experience with Snowflake and Google Cloud Platform; AI/automation for governance desirable
• Understanding of technology risk, cybersecurity, resilience, data governance, and regulatory expectations
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and pragmatic leadership
• TOGAF or comparable framework experience; relevant certifications advantageous
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity with responsible data and AI use
